Format of information provision –.excel The table contains a list of the contracts concluded by the Central Purchase Body/CPA/framework agreements for the award of goods and services subject to public procurement contracts awarded by the CPA for the purposes of the executive bodies under Council of Ministers Decree No 385/2015. The table shows the duration, maximum value and contractors of the framework agreements concluded by the CPA, as well as a hyperlink to the buyer profile. Legislation – Public Procurement Act/ZOP/; Council of Ministers Decree No 385/2015 Concepts and definitions: COP – Central Purchase Body – is established by an act of the Council of Ministers for the needs of the administrations of the executive branch; ZOP – Public Procurement Act; Council of Ministers – Decree of the Council of Ministers; FWC – Framework Agreement – Technique/Public Procurement Instrument, based on the conduct of the procedures provided for in the Public Procurement Act; A framework agreement shall be concluded between one or more contracting entities and one or more contractors in order to determine the terms of the contracts to be awarded during a given period, including prices and, where possible, quantities.
