Description
Leases and leases, which have as their object agricultural land, shall be entered in the Municipal Agricultural Office in a register where they are located, and those with objects of movable or immovable property for agricultural production at the permanent address of the tenant – a natural person or a sole trader, or at the registered office or address of the tenant legal person.
