Inps Private management: Excluding pensions of civil servants (formerly Inpdap) and entertainment workers and professional sportsmen (formerly Enpals); Charges borne by GIAS: Article 2(4) of Law No 183/2011 (Law on stability; for the year 2012) ordered the establishment of the GIAS in the Inpdap.
