The development plan Rahlstedt 17 for the plan area Saseler Straße-Bahnanlagen-Nordostgrenzen of parcels 274, 276, 257 and 233 of the Meiendorf-Lannerweg-Nordostgrenze of parcel 230 and the northern and eastern boundary of parcel 212 of the Meiendorf-Lehärstraße-Lohheide-Saseler Straße-Südgrenze of parcel 17 and the western boundary of parcels 17, 16 and 15 of the Meiendorf-Kriegkamp district (Wallsbek district, district 526) is established.
