Description
The development plan (BPL) contains the legally binding determinations for the urban planning order. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan. The available data is the development plan “Ortskern Nord” of the municipality of Seelbach from XPlanung 5.0. Description: The scope of the development plan “Ortskern Nord” in the south is directly linked to the scope of the already approved development plan “local core”.
