The real estate register is maintained in electronic form in the Official Real Estate Register Information System (ALKIS). This web feature service enables the targeted download of geo-objects managed in ALKIS on the basis of a search query (direct access download service). The service shall provide only the following spatial objects limited to the essential properties in the format of a simplified data exchange scheme set out in this product specification: Land parcels, buildings, actual uses, administrative units, cadastral districts. The service is designed for use in simple, practical GIS clients without complex functionalities.
