Datasets of the annual reports of the Sapin law observatory
Description
The observatory Loi Sapin monitors and analyses the procedures for delegating public drinking water and sanitation services from 1998 to 2023
each year, a summary presents the main results of the surveys carried out by the ‘Loi Sapin’ observatory on competitive tendering procedures and the evolution of public service delegation contracts (PSDs) to the private sector concerning drinking water supply (PWS) and collective sanitation (CWS) services.
The Observatoire Loi Sapin is part of the National Observatory of Public Water and Sanitation Services.
Each survey provides an analysis of the impact of competitive tendering procedures on the price of water, the duration of contracts, the delegation market or recourse to advice by the organising authorities.
The datasets used are made available in accordance with the open data policy.
