The development plan Eißendorf 40 for the area of application north of Bremer Straße/Gottschalkring (Harburg district, district 710) is established. The area is delimited as follows: Eißendorfer Mühlenweg-south and west boundary of the parcel 1666, western boundary of the parcel 1665 and 1393, via parcel 2770 (Reiherhoopweg), northern boundary of the parcel 2770, northwest boundary of the parcel 1370, western boundary of the parcel 2001, west and northwest boundary of the parcels 2000 and 1371 of the district Eißendorf-mark boundary-northwest and east boundary of the parcel 1778, southeast boundary of the parcel 1779, east and northeast boundary of the parcel parcel 3367 of the district Harburg-Bremer Straße-Gottschalkring-Südgrenze of the parcel 1373 (Reiherhoopweg), over the parcel 4170 of the district Eißendorf-Bremer Straße.
