Population projection key figures, 2012-2060
Description
This table contains forecasts (2012-2060) of the population of the Netherlands on 1 January by age (three groups) and population development: the number of live births, the number of deceased and foreign migration. In addition, the table shows the demographic pressure, the total fertility rate per woman and the life expectancy at birth and on the 65th birthday by sex. Forecast intervals are also included in the table.

The figures in this table are calculated forecast figures.
Amendments as of 13 December 2012.
In this new table, the previous forecast has been revised based on the latest insights, the forecast period now runs from 2012 to 2060.
