Format for providing information —.excel The table contains a list of the contracts concluded by the Central Purchasing Authority/PCB/Framework Agreements for the award of goods and services, which have been awarded by the CPA for the purposes of executive bodies under Council of Ministers Decree No 385/2015. The table shows the duration, the maximum value and the contractors under the framework agreements concluded by the CPA, as well as a hyperlink to the buyer’s profile. Legal basis — Public Procurement Act/ZOP/; Council of Ministers Decree No 385/2015 Concepts and definitions: CSC — Central purchasing body — is established by an act of the Council of Ministers for the needs of the administrations of the executive power; PPA — Public Procurement Act; Council of Ministers — Decree of the Council of Ministers; FWC — Framework Agreement — Technique/Procurement Instrument, based on the conduct of the procedures provided for in the GPA; A framework agreement shall be concluded between one or more contracting entities and one or more contractors in order to determine the terms of the contracts to be awarded during a given period, including prices and, where possible, quantities.
