Description
The development plan (BPL) contains the legally binding determinations for the urban planning order. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan. The available data is the development plan “Wiedholz (partial change and extension)” of the city of Überlingen from XPlanung 5.0. Description: § 3 Pure Residential Areas (WR) + § 4 WA; BP “Wiedholz, Partial Change and Enlargement”; as last amended by law of 22.04.1993;
