Morphological habitat quality 2016
Description
Morphological habitat quality 2016 is derived from water structure data 2016. An evaluation of the habitat index components with regard to their quality for the water is carried out. For this purpose, each of the components flow, sole and shore is compared with a set limit value of 3.5 for each individual, structurally mapped section. Thus, a differentiated representation is made at which of the sections one, two or all components have complied with this limit value. The highest quality (very high) for the water have those sections where all components comply with the limit value. However, even the lines without complied components are evaluated again on the basis of a changed limit value and on the basis of the base substrate in grades and rated as ‘low’ to ‘completely degraded’.
