Description of the INSPIRE Download Service (predefined Atom): Soil monitoring areas (BDF) Persistent pollutants accumulate in the soil. The pedosphere can document anthropogenic impacts in the long term. Monitoring programs to record changes in soil conditions and soil functions are thus an important instrument for environmental monitoring. With their help, future developments in the material balance of the soils can be predicted and thus strategies and measures for the protection of the soil can be initiated in good time. - The link(s) for downloading the records is/are dynamically generated from GetFeature requests to a WFS 1.1.0+
