Description
A change of the use of agricultural land for non-agricultural needs shall be permitted depending on the productive qualities of the land and the objectives of the change by an interdepartmental commission in the Regional Directorate for Agriculture, at their location, in case the area is up to 50 decares, from fifth to tenth category or is not watered.
