Administrative provisions on the Internet
Description
Under the auspices of the Federal Ministry of the Interior, in a joint project with juris GmbH, the Federal Government provides an extensive database with up-to-date administrative regulations of the highest federal authorities free of charge on the Internet for interested citizens. The database contains “living documents”, i.e. the federal departments continuously update the submitted documents.
Administrative provisions are general and abstract rules within the administrative organisation, which come from superior administrative bodies or superiors to subordinate authorities or staff and serve to determine the organisation and action of the administration.
