Residential floor area in new city plans in the Helsinki region in 2012-2015

The material contains approved, legally valid and proposed city plans in the Helsinki region in the form of spatial data. Data is open.
The environmental services of the Helsinki Region have collected spatial datasets from 14 municipalities in the Helsinki region (Espoo, Helsinki, Kauniainen, Vantaa, Hyvinkää, Järvenpää, Kerava, Kirkkonummi, Mäntsälä, Nurmijärvi, Pornainen, Sipoo, Tuusula, Vihti), which have been used to monitor the realisation of the objectives of the Helsinki Region’s Agreement of Intent on Land Use, Housing and Transport 2012-2015. The data contain spatial information on the town planning. The data were collected by calendar year from 2012-2015. The town plan data contain the subdivisions in the form of regional geometry by planning phase. Only those town plans that have included the residential floor area are described in the station plan sites. Open data was produced on the basis of monitoring data and was opened in summer 2016. The material will not be updated. The data are available in shp and tab formats and as a wms interface.

Municipality= Name of the municipality where the site is located
Graphed= The design code of the item
Formula name= name of the formula
Approval= Year of approval of the subject
Lainvoim = Year of finalisation of the subject
Viewable = Year of adoption of the proposal
Netto_AK= New block area of blocks of flats indicated in the formula
Netto_AP= New block area of terraced houses and chain houses indicated in the formula
Netto_AO= New block area of detached houses indicated in the formula
Netto_kerr = Netto_floor_total, i.e. total new residential floor area indicated in the formula
Gross_ker = Gross_floor_total, i.e. the residential floor area indicated in the formula
Complaint= Yes, if there is an appeal against the approval decision. Not if you haven't complained. There is no data for 2012: no information.
Coordinate system of datasets: ETRS-GK25.
Floor area=floor square meters, k-m²
Quality=the difference between the figures presented in the property data and the figures reported in the Helsinki Region MAL monitoring is very small or non-existent.
