Development plans of the city of Göttingen (environs)
Description
The development plans of the city of Göttingen regulate the possible development of plots of land and define uses that are permissible on the areas or in the respective buildings or indicate the areas that are to be kept free from a development. The development plans are aimed at planners, architects and all other interested parties who want to get an overview of the respective applicable planning law. On the basis of urban spatial data, the circumference of all scopes of the development plans adopted, valid and legally binding by the bodies is presented. Thus, it can be determined on which areas binding planning law exists.
