Description
CBS conducts an Innovation Survey every two years. This will make a

Dutch companies. The research includes a wide variety of
aspects of the concept of innovation. One survey comprises three reporting years
(this is the reporting period). The last year in one survey is
same as the first year in the next.

The first Innovation Survey took place over the 1994-1996 reporting period.
From this first reporting period to the reporting period 2000-2002, the

10 employees surveyed.
From the 2002-2004 reporting period, the population covers all holdings in
The Netherlands with 10 or more employees.
The main difference between employees and employees is that
employees only concern the persons on the payroll of a company
prevent, while until the persons employed also the owners and
assisting family members who are not included in the payroll are counted.
