Business environment; human capital, labour supply and costs 1990-2011
Description
This table provides an international comparison of current and potential labour supply and labour costs. The composition of the current labour supply is presented on the basis of a breakdown by level of education (lower, secondary and higher education) among employed persons. An indication of the level of education of the potential labour supply is given by the educational performance of pupils and the percentage of unemployed. The level of education is a measure of the human capital used in production. Labour costs are expressed in hourly costs and unit costs.
Please note:
In order to enable an international comparison, the figures presented here used internationally comparable definitions, which sometimes differ from those normally used by CBS.
As a result, differences can occur between these figures and national figures published elsewhere on the CBS website.
Data available from 1990 to 2011.
