Business environment; Dutch economy internationally, 1960-2012
Description
This table provides an international comparison of the performance of the economy. This is done on the basis of a number of broadly accepted basic economic variables such as gross domestic product and employment rate. These indicators are complemented by indicators in the field of quality of life and environmental sustainability.
Please note: in order to make an international comparison possible, the figures presented here use internationally comparable definitions, which sometimes differ from the definitions normally used by CBS. As a result, differences can occur between these figures and national figures published elsewhere on the CBS website.
Data available over the years: 1960, 1970, 1980 and from 1990 to 2012.
Status of the figures:
The external sources provide regularly updated data for previous periods. These adjusted data have not been identified as such in the table.
Changes as of 1 March 2018:
This table has been discontinued.
