Description
Register of the applications received under the Access of Information and their Movement Act for the period 01.01. to 30.06.2017 of the Executive Environment Agency (EEA).
Everyone has the right to access the available environmental information in accordance with Article 17, Chapter II of the Environmental Protection Act (ZOOS) and the Access to Public Information Act (PAI).
Public information within the meaning of the APIA is any information related to public life in the Republic of Bulgaria, enabling citizens to form their own opinion on the activities of the entities obliged under this Act. Article 19 of the Environmental Protection Act describes in detail what environmental information is.
