Description
The development plan Bergedorf 85 for the area of application north of the S-Bahn stop Nettelnburg (District of Bergedorf, district 602) is established.
The area shall be limited as follows:
Friedrich-Frank-Bogen — Ladenbeker Furtweg — West borders of parcels 2872, 295, 381 and 361 of the Billwerder area — Billwerder Billdeich — Oberer Landweg — southern borders of the parcels 2415, 2358, 2365 and 2372 (Friedrich-Frank-Bogen) of the Billwerder area.
