Public register of registered recipients
Description
Pursuant to Article 57d(5) of the Excise Duty and Tax Warehouses Act, an electronic register of registered consignees shall be kept at the Customs Agency, containing: 1. identification number of the registered recipient; 2. name, registered office and address of management, unique identification code of the registered consignee; 3. address of the site where the goods are received and unloaded; 4. the types of excise goods that can be received at the site; 5. the date of service of the registration certificate to the registered recipient; 6. date of termination of the registration certificate of the registered recipient. Pursuant to paragraph 6 of the same article of the Act on Excise Duty and Tax Warehouses, any subsequent changes in circumstances are also subject to entry in the register.
