Description

Pursuant to Article 54a(4) of the Excise Duty and Tax Warehouses Act, for persons subject to compulsory registration under the Act, the Customs Agency shall keep a public register containing the following information: 1. name, registered office and address of management, unique identification code of the person or three names and personal identification number (personal number of a foreigner); 2. the types of excise goods subject to excise duty by the person; 3. date of service and number of the registration certificate; 4. date of termination of the registration and number of the decision to terminate the registration; 5. competent customs office which issued the registration certificate; 6. exact location of the site or network from which on the territory of the competent customs office the sales of natural gas for domestic or commercial use and for motor fuel are carried out. According to paragraph 5 of the same article of the Excise Duty and Tax Warehouses Act, the information on the personal number (a foreigner’s personal number) is to be provided in compliance with the requirements for the protection of personal data.
