Register of authorisations for the sale of tobacco products

Description

Pursuant to Article 90e of the Excise Duty and Tax Warehouses Act, the Customs Agency keeps a register of the authorisations issued for trade in tobacco products, which, in accordance with Article 119(1) of the Implementing Regulation of the Excise Duty and Tax Warehouses Act, contains: 1. code of the customs office which issued the authorisation; 2. identification number; 3. name of the person; 4. type of object; 5. code of the customs office of head office of the person; 6. the address of the person’s management; 7. Person’s UIC; 8. address of the site; 9. date of service; 10. termination of registration.
