Register: “Specialised small distilleries and small winemaking sites”
Description
Pursuant to Article 56 of the Excise Duties and Tax Warehouses for registered small distilleries and small wine-producing establishments, the Customs Agency shall keep a register containing the following information: 1. identification number of the object;2. name, registered office and address of management, unique identification code of the person; 3. address of the site; 4. the types of excise goods falling within CN code which may be manufactured; 5. date of service of the registration certificate; 6. date of termination of the registration. The format of the register shall be laid down in the Excise Duty and Tax Warehouses Implementing Regulation.
