Register of guides, mountain guides and ski instructors
Description
According to Art. 146, para 1 of the Tourism Act, for exercising the professions of "guide", "mountain guide" and "ski teacher" it is necessary the respective person to have a legal capacity to carry out the activity and to be entered in the National Tourist Register. Pursuant to Article 146a(3), information on the persons referred to in paragraph 1 and on the duration of the provision of services is published in the Register of Tourist Guides, Mountain Guides and Ski Teachers, which is part of the National Tourist Register.
