Description

INSPIRE version of the BFD50. The soil overview map in scale 1:50.000 (BK50) provides an overview of the distribution of soil and soil-forming substrates for the entire area of Rhineland-Palatinate. The near-surface subsurface is depicted to a depth of two metres. Due to the scale, the legend units of the soil map are composed of soil form societies (BFG), which are described via several use-differentiated soil forms (BF).
