Environmental regulation - Mill biotope
Description
The mill biotope is the area around a historic or monumental mill with a radius of 400 meters counted from the center of the mill. In zoning plans that relate to land located within a mill biotope, no new building or planting is permitted, unless it is demonstrated in the explanatory memorandum to the zoning plan that the functioning of the mill is not restricted by means of wind traps. This map layer was last modified by a low-policy change adopted on 23 April 2024 and entered into force on 1 May 2024.
