Consolidated National Tourist Register
Description
According to Article 166 of the Tourism Act, the Ministry of Tourism keeps and maintains a National Tourism Register, which contains information on:
1. registered tour operators and travel agents;
2. the categorized accommodation places and the attached to them restaurants and entertainment places, the independent restaurants and entertainment places, the tourist huts, the tourist training centers, the tourist bedrooms and the attached to them restaurants and the persons who carry out activity in them;
3. organizations for management of tourist regions;
4. tourist associations;
5. tourist information centers;
6. certified balneotherapy (medical SPA), SPA, wellness and thalassotherapy centers;
7. authorised tourist guides, including tourist guides from Member States of the European Union or from States party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area or from the Swiss Confederation under Article 146a, included in a list containing name, contact details - address, telephone, e-mail address of the respective tourist guide, languages in which he/she will practice his/her profession, number of his/her identification card and an order for deletion;
8. qualified mountain guides, including mountain guides from Member States of the European Union, or from States party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area, or from the Swiss Confederation under Article 146a, included in a list containing name, contact details - address, telephone, e-mail address of the mountain guide concerned, number of his identification card and an order for deletion;
9. licensed ski instructors, including ski instructors from Member States of the European Union, or from States party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area, or from the Swiss Confederation under Article 146a, included in a list containing the name, contact details - address, telephone, e-mail address of the respective ski instructor, the ski school through which he/she will exercise his/her profession, the number of his/her identification card and an order for deletion;
10. ski schools;
11. traders facilitating the provision of related travel services;
12. the entries in the Unified System for Tourist Information;
13. the registered guest rooms and guest apartments and the persons who carry out activity in them;
