Description
A change in the use of agricultural land for non-agricultural needs is authorised on the basis of the productive qualities of the land and the objectives of the change by an inter-ministerial committee in the Regional Directorate for Agriculture, where the area is up to 50 decares, fifth to tenth categories or not irrigated.
