Employees; Satisfaction and psychosocial workload
Description
This table contains figures on job satisfaction, workload, loyalty, psychological fatigue due to work, enthusiasm, time for work, autonomy, the content of work, development, support of the organization, remuneration, atmosphere, aggression at work, satisfaction with work and the work-life balance of employees in care and well-being. The data can be broken down by (sub)sector, classified according to the Standard Business Classification 2008 (SBI 2008) of Statistics Netherlands.
This table was developed as part of the Labour Market, Care and Welfare (AZW) research programme. For more trends and developments in the field of the labour market in care and welfare, see www.AZWinfo.nl (see paragraph 3).

Status of figures:
The figures in this table are final.
Changes as of 21 May 2024:
Figures for the fourth quarter of 2023 have been added.
As of Q2 2023, a new topic has been added to the table: Organisation requires input from the workplace.
Figures were wrongly included for previous polls. However, those figures are about a different topic (Contently nice work).
This has been corrected in this publication.
When will there be new figures?
The results of the measurement of the second quarter of 2024 will become available in the fourth quarter of 2024.
