Dwellings; main heating installations, neighbourhoods and neighbourhoods, 2017
Description
This table shows information on the percentage of homes in the Netherlands by type of main heating system at regional level.
The population consists of the dwellings in stock on 1 January of the year under review, which means that new construction was not included in the year under review, but dwellings that are demolished during the year.
The type of main heating installation is determined, inter alia, on information on natural gas deliveries throughout the reporting year and the energy label applicable at the end of the reporting year.
From 1 July 2018 it is mandatory to build natural gas-free homes.

The figures for 2017 are final figures.
Changes as of March 2021:
The subjects and classifications are now in line with the standard codes laid down by CBS. The data of the table have not been adjusted.
