Sick leave according to employees; working conditions 2008-2013
Description
This table provides an overview of the sick leave rate of employed workers in private companies and the government in the Netherlands and who reside in the Netherlands. This sick leave rate is based on a survey of employees gathering information on the number of sick days of the people surveyed in the past year.
The sick leave rate according to workers shall be broken down by the following characteristics:
— working conditions, such as, for example, working pace and unfavourable working posture;
— victimisation, such as workers involved in harassment;
— burnout complaints.
Data available from:
2008 to 2013.
Status of the figures:
The figures in this table are final.
Amendments as of 16 October 2015
None, this table has been discontinued. The reason for this is that due to design changes, figures are no longer comparable over time.
Amendments as of 16 December 2014
Rounding differences have occurred for several years for the variables ‘Sick absence according to employees’, ‘Sick absence: working conditions“,”Sickness absence: victimisation“and”Sickness: burn-out complaints. This has been corrected in this table.
When will there be new figures?
No longer applicable, the current table has been discontinued. A table with new figures will be published in November.
