Route of the LGV South Atlantic
Description
The High Speed South Europe Atlantic (LGV SEA) project consists of the construction of a new double track infrastructure of about 300 km between Tours and Bordeaux and its connections of about 40 kilometres. This new line project will connect Saint-Avertin located south of Tours to Ambarès-et-La-Grave north of Bordeaux in Gironde.
The project extends the south-west branch of the LGV Atlantique to Bordeaux, serving Spain and Toulouse.
