Description
This map layer is part of the version of the Provincial Environmental Ordinance Drenthe adopted on 3 October 2018. (Corresponding map C3). It is prohibited to have or install a medium or high temperature storage system in such a way that the heat is added at a depth that is located above the Breda Formation zone and it is prohibited to have or install a shallow Geothermal system in such a way that groundwater is extracted or return water is returned to a depth that is located above the Breda Formation zone.
