the consumer user counters present in the ten provinces of Tuscany
Consumer and user associations can be reached through the network of information and assistance points for the consumer and user citizen: the ‘Prontoconsumatore’ network.
Established in 2002 with the accreditation of the first 27 branches, and subsequently expanded through a project co-financed by the Ministry of Production Activities, the Prontoconsumatore network is currently composed of 91 branches spread throughout the regional territory and managed by the Consumer Associations registered in the Regional List of Consumer and User Associations.
