This table contains data on having a starting qualification for the labour market. A thorough training
it is essential to be able to make a successful step into the labour market. The minimum training required for this is defined by the term initial qualification. This table displays data on people with and without starting qualification.
The data in this table are based on the Labour Force Survey (EIA). Income figures in this table are
based on an enrichment of the EEW with income statistics data
Data available from 2001 to 2013.
Status of the figures
Figures based on the EBB are always final.
The income figures for 2005 to 2010 are final.
The 2011 income figures are provisional.
Amendments as of 26 February 2015
None, this table has been discontinued.
Amendments as of 25 July 2014:
The 2013 data and the data on labour dynamics 2012/'13 have been added. Figures on training paid by the company in 2013 are missing due to changes in the EBB questionnaire. Figures on this will come next year.
When will there be new figures?
This table has been discontinued. The update of 25 July 2014 was the last update of this table. New revised tables on the labour force were published on 26 February 2015. This revision of the statistics of the labour force has two components. The definitions have been adapted to the internationally agreed definitions and data collection has been improved by being the first statistical office in Europe to survey via the Internet. For more information on the revision, see the link to the press release in paragraph 3.
