Development plan Rahlstedt 28 1st amendment Hamburg
Description
The Regulation on the Rahlstedt 28 development plan of 19 May 1970 (Hamburg Law and Ordinance Gazette, page 173) is amended as follows:
1. The current single paragraph becomes § 1
2. As a new § 2, the following shall be inserted:
SECTION 2
The following provision applies to the implementation of the development plan:
In the commercial area retail establishments are not permitted
