Development Plan Rahlstedt 28 1st Amendment Hamburg
Description
The Ordinance on the Rahlstedt 28 development plan of 19 May 1970 (Hamburg Law and Ordinance Gazette page 173) is amended as follows:
1. The former single paragraph shall become § 1
2. The following shall be inserted as a new § 2:
§ 2
The following provision applies to the execution of the development plan:
Retail establishments are not permitted in the industrial area
