Main Mining Operations Plans
Description
Validity ranges of main operating plans for mining operations under mining supervision. For the establishment and management of a business, a main operating plan is to be drawn up for a period that does not normally exceed two years, Paragraph 52(1), first sentence, of the BBergG. It requires approval by the Saxon Oberbergamt. It also covers the main operating plans for visitor mines as well as the areas of cable cars in accordance with the State Cable Car Act. The data is kept up-to-date at all times.
