Description
Areas of validity of main operating plans for mining operations under mountain control. For the establishment and management of a business, a main operating plan must be drawn up for a period not normally exceeding two years, § 52(1), first sentence, of the BBergG. It must be approved by the Sächsische Oberbergamt. The main operating plans for visitor mines as well as the areas of cable cars according to the Landesseilbahngesetz are also included. The data is kept up-to-date.
