Wo; sector return, form of training, training, region
Description
This table describes the proportion of people who have obtained a diploma at the government-funded institutions for scientific education (wo) that are currently working within care and welfare by type of training, education (whether or not care and welfare), living region and academic year. Of the persons who have obtained a diploma in care and welfare, it is indicated for which training they have obtained a diploma. A key moment for whether or not to work within care and welfare is the last Friday before Christmas after the academic year in which the diploma was obtained. For example, for persons who obtained a university degree in academic year 2015/'16, the reference point is the last Friday before Christmas in 2016. Persons who, in the academic year following the academic year in which they obtained their diploma, have enrolled for a full-time course at an educational institution funded by the government are not included in the calculation of sector returns, because it is assumed that they are only available to a limited extent for the labour market. This table has been developed within the framework of the Labour Market, Care and Welfare (AZW) research programme, see also section 3.
