MBO; participants, learning path, training, region
Description
This table describes the number of people enrolled on 1 October at the government-funded institutions for secondary vocational education (MBO) by learning path, education (whether or not care and welfare), living region and academic year. Persons undergoing training in care and welfare are indicated for which qualification they are being trained. This table has been developed within the framework of the Labour Market, Care and Welfare (AZW) research programme, see also section 3.
Data available from: 2010/'11.
Status of figures:
The figures for 2010/'11 to 2022/'23 are final and the figures for 2023/'24 are provisional.
Changes as of 21 May 2024:
The final figures for 2022/'23 and the provisional figures for 2023/'24 have been added.
All empty cells in the table are filled with a zero (0). This differs from the guidelines described in paragraph 2. The reason is that it is not always easy to check when participation in a study is or is not possible. It is also not possible to determine when figures cannot occur for logical reasons.
From 2022/'23, files personal care farm supervisor and work supervisor care farm animal husbandry have been merged into the new file care farm. The qualifications that fell within these files have been transferred to the new file.
Qualifications without further differentiation (i.e.) covered by the following files have been removed from the table as there were no registrations for these qualifications in the years shown:
- Orthopedic technique
- Orthopedic shoe technology
As of 1 September 2022, the RegioPlus-Arbeidsmarktregio Rijnstreek has changed its name: the new name is ‘Rijn Gouwe’. This name change has been put back in time in this table.
When will there be new figures?
The final figures for 2023/'24 and the provisional figures for 2024/'25 will become available in the second quarter of 2025.
