Description

The development plan Wandsbek 59/Marienthal 20 for the area of the Wandsbek centre on both sides of Wandsbek Marktstraße between Brauhausstraße/Hammer Straße and Schünemannstieg (Wallsbek district, districts 505 and 510) is established. The area is delimited as follows: Brauhausstraße-via parcel 2587, northern boundary of parcels 2198, 2197 and 1388, via parcel 2562 of the district Wandsbek-Brauhausstieg-via parcel and northern boundary of parcel 2558, northern boundary of parcels 1375, 1352, 1373 and 1370, via parcel 1370, western boundary of parcel 3310 of the district Wandsbek-Brauhausstieg-Wandsbeker Königstraße-Quarree-Schünemannstieg-Süd and eastern boundary of parcel 2513 of the district Wandsbek-Wandsbeker Marktstraße-Schloßstraße-Botenstieg-Knutzenweg-Hammer Straße-Wandsbeker Marktstraße.
