Public register of privatisation and post-privatisation control process
Description
The public register contains information on the processes of privatisation and post-privatisation control carried out by the Municipality of Razgrad after the entry into force of the ZPSK, entered in four lots:
Account A: Companies with public or municipal participation in the capital
Batch B: Separate parts of companies with more than 50 per cent State participation in the capital, respectively of sites referred to in Article 1(2)(3) ZPSK
Lot C: Privatisation contracts subject to control concluded before the entry into force of the PPSK
Lot D: Privatisation contracts subject to control concluded after the entry into force of the PPSK
