Description
The Hydrological Plan of the Hydrographic Demarcation of the Balearic Islands approved through Royal Decree 49/2023, of January 24, protects a series of wetlands. In accordance with article 78 of the regulations of this Decree, swampy or swampy areas, even those created artificially, are considered wetlands, in accordance with what is established in article 111.1 of the Consolidated Text of the Law of Waters
