WMS Deutschlandatlas Building Land Prices
Description
Display service for the record from https://www.deutschlandatlas.bund.de : Building land prices for homes in 2020 in euros per m². The building land price shown reflects the cost of a square meter of land and land for building with homes, i.e. single or two-family houses. The building land price fluctuates significantly regionally. It is highest in the metropolitan areas and in the far south of Germany. The lowest prices are in rural eastern Germany. Between 2015 and 2020, building land prices rose by about 8 percent annually.
