The boundaries for the district of Wainsdorf, which has been built up in the context, have been established with the inclusion of individual outdoor areas. Within the defined and marked limits, the planning law admissibility of projects is governed by §34 BauGB. Only residential buildings and associated annexes are permitted on the rounding areas included in the interior.
