This table contains data on the non-seasonally adjusted registered unemployment and seasonally adjusted registered unemployment. Data available from: Dec. 1988/Feb. 1989 Status of the figures Figures based on the EBB are always final. Amendments as of 1 December 2010: In July 2010, CBS introduced a new method for making the unemployment figures. With this new method, CBS is for the first time able to make monthly figures on unemployment. For the quarterly and align annual figures from the EBB with this new unemployment rates have improved weighting. This means that all quarterly and annual figures based on the EBB from 2001 onwards have been revised. The years before 2001 have not been overhauled and concern the previously published figures. For the tables on the registered unemployment means that this new method is no longer possible to publish monthly figures based on three-month averages such as: used to be customary. Tables, such as this table, which three-month averages on recorded unemployment are therefore discontinued and will be continued in new tables in which publication year 2001 quarterly figures are published. When will there be new figures? This table has been discontinued.
